Talking to a therapist could help you to think about what is happening in your life at a time of difficulty. Emotional issues can become apparent in many ways. You may find relationships difficult, become depressed, easily angered or distressed, or suffer from panic attacks.You may have difficulty sleeping, self harm, or develop physical illnesses.
